Never tried a CrossFit / Functional Fitness class before? Not a problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know.
Sign up for a No-Sweat Intro with a coach to either meet at the gym or talk through your availability to set up your program (typically 4 classes that are 60-75 minutes each). Your coach will teach you how to warm up, how to do the movements that you’ll see inside of workouts, and go over all the ins & outs of our gym. If you have any injuries or need modifications to workouts, our coaches are trained to determine movements for a safe and effective workout.
